IUKL Co-organised International Orchid and Bonsai Carnival

The Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) was given the honour to be a co-organiser for the Kuala Lumpur Orchid and Bonsai Show (KLOBS 2017) held at Taman Pudu Ulu, Cheras on 2nd to 10th December 2017. The active participation of lecturers and students from IUKL’s Faculty of Architecture and Built Environment over the years in many national events led Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to appoint Acting Dean Md Pilus Md Noor as the coordinator of the Student Village project for the show. KLOBS 2017 is a bi-annual event organised by DBKL to celebrate the varied species of orchid and bonsai trees. This international carnival has 14 participating countries including those from the Asean region, China, Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and India.
