On 23 April 2025, Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) officially welcomed new leadership as the university passed over from Kumpulan Ikram Sdn. Bhd. to Star Teenagers International Sdn. Bhd, in a simple handing-over ceremony.
The ceremony that took place at the Auditorium of IUKL was witnessed by IUKL staff in attendance of Mr. Lenny Chong Ther Zern, former Executive Director of Ikram Education Sdn. Bhd.; Mr. Chen Xiaoyun, Chairman of Star Teenagers International Sdn Bhd; Professor Ts. Dr. David Ngo Chek Ling, IUKL’s newly appointed President and Vice-Chancellor; as well as IUKL’s top management and staff.
A symbolic handover of the university’s company stamp marked the official transition of ownership from Kumpulan Ikram to Star Teenagers International Sdn. Bhd.With this change, IUKL can look forward to an exciting new chapter focusing on growth, innovation, and academic excellence.
