On July 19, 2024, at precisely 6:28 PM, Protasco Berhad signed a share sale agreement for Ikram Education Sdn Bhd, the owner of Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL), with Star Teenagers International Sdn Bhd.
The agreement was signed by YBhg. Dato Sri Ir Chong Ket Pen, Executive Chairman of Protasco Berhad, and Mr. Chen Xiao Yun, Chairman of Star Teenagers International Sdn Bhd. The signing was witnessed by Mr. Lenny Chong Ther Vern, Executive Director of Ikram Education Sdn Bhd, and Mr. Xu Xin Wang, Executive President of Anhui Lvhai Vocational College of Business.
