In support of our Group’s sustainability efforts and waste reduction initiatives, the Corporate Office organised an Upcycling Workshop with Kloth on 29 August 2025. The session was designed to raise awareness about textile waste and empower participants to adopt upcycling practices as part of their daily lives.
A total of 30 employees from across divisions within Protasco Group took part in the session. The Upcycling Workshop with Kloth successfully combined awareness, creativity, and action. By turning waste into usable items, participants not only contributed to sustainability goals but also experienced the joy of hands-on learning. This initiative supports our Group’s broader commitment to environmental sustainability and ESG values.
Kloth is a social enterprise committed to tackling the appalling dilemma of textile waste and plastic pollution. Launched in 2016, this social enterprise implements fabric collection bins into communities to divert the material away from landfills by giving it a new life as products or donated to those who need clothing.
