With alumnus from more than 55 countries around the globe, Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) was proud to be part of a reunion event, organised for the first time by the IUKL Sudanese Graduates in Khartoum, Sudan, on 2 December 2018. The main objective of the reunion was to build a good and ongoing relationship between IUKL and the graduates. The Academician Society in Khartoum has recognised the contributions of the graduates to their country in various fields such as engineering, architecture and business management.

The event was officiated by the Malaysian Deputy Ambassador to Khartoum, Mr. Istaq Nadzril Abdul Kader. The General Directorate of External Relations, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Sudan, Mr. Siddig Bushra Al Fadil, praised IUKL’s effort in gathering the graduates.

The Director of Student Affairs Division IUKL, Mdm. Selvi Salome, representing the Management of IUKL expressed her happiness for the opportunity to be among the alumni who had attended the event.  She also urged the graduates to contribute back to their communities with the knowledge and experiences gained after studying in Malaysia.

All the graduates who had attended the reunion expressed their gratitude and satisfaction with the event organised. The event ended with the cultural performances and group photo sessions.
