On 12 December 2024, around 50 passionate individuals from the Protasco Berhad Group of Companies came together for an inspiring tree-planting event at Pantai Bagan Lalang!
Our team assembled at 7:45 AM, energised by a light breakfast. After arriving at the site at 10:30 AM, the event began with a safety briefing by Mejar Vincent, followed by remarks from a representative of the Sepang Municipal Council. To warm up, we engaged in a simple exercise before starting the tree-planting activities.
In collaboration with the Sepang Municipal Council, we successfully planted 30 trees along the coastline, reinforcing its resilience against erosion and enriching the local biodiversity. The event concluded at 12:30 PM, leaving everyone with a sense of accomplishment and purpose.
By participating, we didn’t just plant trees – we sowed seeds of hope, strengthened our ecosystem, and reaffirmed our commitment to creating a thriving, sustainable future for generations to come.
