Towards an effort to implement a high standard of safe and healthy culture at work, HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd conducts weekly safety activities at its site in Pulau Indah Industrial Park in Klang, Selangor. The session usually lasts around 20 minutes, and include initiatives such as talks on safety such as the importance of wearing personal protective equipment, good housekeeping to avoid accidents, lessons to take note of following incidences or accidents, and so on, followed by a 10-minute exercise that is geared towards achieving focus on safety, health and sustainability in infrastructure works.
