The Human Resources Department has kicked off its annual engagement program with divisions across Protasco Berhad, starting with the Property Division in June 2025. The initiative is expected to wrap up before the end of the year.
Through these sessions, HR creates meaningful opportunities for connection, dialogue, and shared experiences, strengthening bonds across the organisation and ensuring every division feels like an integral part of the larger Protasco family.
The engagements cover updates on new policies, gathering feedback and input, as well as discussions on key HR matters.
